Becoming a professional web developer requires you to learn graphic design and photo editing using software like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw.
Many web developers are not graphic designers or don't have any knowledge on graphic design which is not good.As a web developer,you are supposed to have an insight or experience on graphic design.
It has additional advantages that web developers should learn it.
